Quality Assurance

Freedom's Quality Assurance practices reduce project risks and enable the project team to produce a high-quality solution. Implementation of and compliance with the quality management approach is the shared responsibility of all project personnel. We provide clients with regular reports describing the quality of project-related activities. Quality Management and continuous improvement are the keys to ongoing client satisfaction. Client satisfaction is the one corporate goal that has the greatest impact on long-term viability in the marketplace. Although we utilize our project management methodology to implement, transition, and manage the solution, there is even more depth to the story. We maintain rigorous QA practices throughout our own organization, ultimately as a method of maintaining the high levels of service to our clients, and we manage to those standards when engaging subcontractors and suppliers. An ongoing commitment to quality is a hallmark of a successful organization and is one of the reasons we have developed and maintained market presence, financial strength, and corporate longevity. It is the way we do business. We understand that it is easier and less costly to do the work right the first time than it is to do it the second time. This philosophy mandates that the right processes be in place to support a quality deliverable. The way we execute our quality standard with confidence is with Quality Planning, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control, the basic principles upon which we base the delivery of services. Our client-proven method confirms that we have the right solution for the client environment. This means we continually monitor our quality systems to evaluate improvements, acceptance criteria, rework decisions, checklists, process adjustments, and improvements regarding costs or benefits to the client.
