Winners will be announced by 4/30/2012

You must be an employee at the time referred candidates are hired and at the time of prize award.
Each candidate's resume must be one not already in the system, or the resume within the system must be over one year old.
Candidates must be hired into a full-time (32 or more hours) billable position.
All resumes must be officially submitted to Recruiting at recruiting@choosefreedomit.com.
Each new hire referred must start between Jan 1, 2011 and March 31, 2012.

A minimum of two successful referrals is required to be eligible for a prize.
All estimated prize values include applicable taxes.
In the event of a tie (multiple employees have the same number of referrals that result in hires), a point system will be used to determine the winner. Points will be awarded for referrals as follows:

• 2 points for a candidate with a Master's degree in a technical field
• 1 point for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a technical field
